Stephen Nadler

Stephen is an experienced litigator and a determined and thorough lawyer. His practice is devoted largely to commercial and real estate litigation. Stephen has represented clients in a diverse range of areas, including contractual and shareholder disputes, real estate and commercial leasing disputes, fraud, negligence and other tort claims, applications for injunctive relief and judicial review, wrongful dismissal, personal injury claims, international jurisdictional disputes and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Stephen is also admitted to the Bars of New York State and Massachusetts, having had the benefit of attending law schools both in Canada and the United States.

Before joining Friedmans, Stephen was a commercial litigation partner at a full-service Toronto law firm, and he also practiced Plaintiff personal injury law at well-known boutique law firms.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and following his favourite sports teams – the Montreal Canadiens and the New York Knicks.
