Khaled Gheddai

Khaled Gheddai is an associate at Friedmans. His practice primarily focuses on commercial and civil litigation and family law. He also practices in the areas of breach of contract, real estate litigation, civil fraud, mortgage enforcement, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, matrimonial disputes, employment law, and estate litigation. Prior to joining Friedmans, Khaled worked at a well-known full-service firm in Toronto. At law school, Khaled was a member of the 1st place team in the Bowman National Tax Moot competition and the top appellant oralist in his legal research and writing course.

Khaled has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
