Mike practices in the areas of corporate law as well as trusts and estates law. He is in the process of obtaining his Trust and Estates Practitioner designation (TEP) from Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Mike has completed the purchase and sale of various businesses, including dental and other medical practices, real estate brokerages, restaurants, and technology companies. Mike is also well-versed in corporate restructuring, in view of a client’s individual needs for growth and succession planning. Mike often prepares trusts, wills and power of attorney documents for estates of all sizes, including experience with estates having assets in excess of $100 million.
