Sara’s practice is primarily devoted to real estate and land development with a particular emphasis on land acquisitions and dispositions, real property financing, and condominium development. She represents a diverse range of clients, including land developers, builders, lenders, landlords, and tenants, providing comprehensive legal support tailored to their unique needs.

Sara holds a J.D., with honors, from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Rudolph P. Bratty Award for her excellence in real estate. Additionally, she was awarded the Construction and Infrastructure Atrium Prize by the Canadian Bar Association for her paper, "Defining Ownership in the Skies: Navigating the Complexities of Air Rights in Canada's Urban Landscape."
