Shida is a Principal in the firm's Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition and financing of mixed-use, residential, commercial, industrial and vacant properties. She has represented land developers, builders, lenders, landlords, and tenants in residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. She has provided advice on, and negotiated joint ventures. Shida has also advised clients on MICs and REITs.
