Alexander Hamilton

Alex Hamilton is an associate at Friedmans. His practice focuses on general corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2024, Alex worked as a summer and articling student at Friedmans. As a student, Alex assisted the firm’s litigation group with complex commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, and civil fraud.
