Yeganeh Pejman

Yeganeh Pejman was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015 and has a Canadian and American law degree. She articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, civil litigation including personal injury, employment law and human rights.

Her areas of expertise include: contractual disputes; personal injury, including catastrophic impairments; real estate litigation, including aborted transactions; employment law and union disputes; human rights applications; and Provincial Offences Act and Small Claims Court matters

When Yeganeh takes on a case, her clients reap the benefit of her knowledge, experience, and real personal investment. She recently obtained a $1,000,000 settlement for a victim of a motor vehicle accident. Yeganeh wants you to spend your money on vacation not legal fees so she will tell you what to expect in your case from the beginning.
