Seta Boyadjian

Seta Boyadjian is an associate at Friedmans. She maintains a broad civil litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation. The scope of her practice encompasses a variety of matters including contractual and business disputes, real estate transaction disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery claims, as well as insurance and employment disputes.

Seta acts for individual and commercial clients. She has advocated on behalf of her clients in various litigation matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and Licence Appeal Tribunal. She has also negotiated resolutions in the interests of her clients during settlement discussions and at mediations.

Seta’s clients and colleagues rely on her written advocacy skills as well as her ability to deliver pragmatic and effective solutions tailored to meet the distinct needs of every client
