Patrick Bakos’s primary practice area is complex commercial litigation. He also practices in the areas of real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, planning and development law, construction law, class actions, professional disciplinary defense, civil forfeiture, commercial leases, employment law, and family law. Patrick is known to be talented in creatively and efficiently solving disputes in complex matters. Prior to joining Friedmans, he worked at a well-known boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami, Florida. Patrick has appeared before various levels of courts and numerous administrative tribunals, include all levels of Ontario courts and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
